Barcelo Sants Hotel - Barcelona

The room was luxurious with really great bathroom and facilities to make tea and luggage storage.

The staff was not always friendly.

The restaurant here was GREAT for dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for getting around, as a train station was walk from the hotel. Efficient check in at 15:00 and nice service. The staff was wonderful and provided us with info about Barcelona tourist sites.

The location to the metro, bus and train is optimal. I find breakfast for 22 euros too expensive. Very nice view from the hotel.

Hotel, taxi metro good. . My mobile phone was stolen, unfortunately a lot is stolen in Barcelona.

Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and modern.

The service was excellent, including an easy check-in at 15:00. The shuttle from the airport was also a good thing. The venue was in a central location adjacent to the metro from the station downtown as well as Barcelone. Had brunch in the Mes k Tapes, located nearby.

The check-in process took more than 20 minutes and as my room was not ready at that time, I had to queue at the reception in the evening for another 15 minutes in order to get the key for the room.

Perfect location right above the Sants train station with direct airport connections and a very comfortable and large bed with various pillows. Nice city view from the rooms on the 7th floor. Very good breakfast. All in all, highly recommended!

I loved how conveniently close everything was, with just a short walk to the fine Magic Fountain and the vibrant Placa d'Espanya.

The food was different - I greatly enjoyed it.

The location of hotel was good. And the price of hotel was very reasonable and staff was very helpful. Especially, Japanese staff in Front desk, he was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is so convenient just above the train station. We came by train from the airport so it was excellent. We upgraded to a fabulous room or suite on the 5th floor. The hydro massage bath was quite a treat . Great breakfast also.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Hassles

I enjoyed a spacious room with a comfy bed and super clean bathroom. The staff were mostly helpful, especially a particular receptionist. Confusion about late checkout created unnecessary stress. Dining options were satisfactory. If you're relying on specific arrangements, double-check confirmation to avoid surprises.
